Swimming helps cardiovascular system and keeps students fit and healthy. When they make use of strong muscles in their body - their legs are kicking , their arms are moving to propel them forward, their torso has to streamline itself in the water. Notice swimmers all have lean bodies. And swimming is a great sport - they don’t sweat in the hot sun because they’re in the water all the time, and it’s so refreshing and enjoyable.
