World Environment Day

World Environment Day is the United Nations Day for encouraging worldwide awareness and action to protect our environment. It is celebrated every year on 5th of June.

The theme for World Environment Day this year focused on solutions to plastic pollution under the campaign #BeatPlasticPollution. A special assembly was organized on this pretext where students sung a beautiful song related to nature, an informative article and a skit depicting harmful effects of pollution and about spreading importance of afforestation over deforestation.

The headmistress Mrs. Amita Singh also encouraged the students for increasing our efforts to create a greener and a better environment for us.
