Gujarat Day

S.D. Jain Wing- 2, witnessed a fun-filled and exuberating day on the 29th of April as it was the last working day before the much-awaited Summer Break. A day without books, a day to relax and enjoy with friends and teachers.

Summer Vacation is the most awaited time of the year for every student in their life. It offers a chance for every student to take a break from their daily routine, and enjoy their present time with their family and friends. To make the day even more memorable, 'Gujarat Day' was also celebrated simultaneously which added to the excitement of the students. A special assembly was conducted to commemorate this auspicious day, where students shared valuable information on the reason behind celebrating this day

Students adorned colourful traditional dresses which brought charm to the celebration. Children expressed their excitement and joy by performing dances, singing songs, making cards and doing various other activities. Each classroom had a mouth-watering aroma coming out of the variety of Gujarati dishes brought by the students. It was a day to cherish as everyone enjoyed the day to the fullest.
