Decathlon Imperial and Mumbai Chess Tournaments

Varenya Lakshmi of S.D. Jain Modern School showcased exceptional skill at the Decathlon Imperial Chess World Tournament in Andheri, Mumbai. She emerged as the U-9 OPEN Champion and secured 2nd Runner-up in U-10 Girls category. She claimed the Overall Championship Trophy on November 26th, 2023 making her school immensely proud. Her success underscores dedication and talent. Additionally, in the Mumbai Chess Tournament on November 18th, she clinched the Under-11 Girls category championship.
