International Yoga Day Celebration

On 21st June, Friday, S.D. Jain Modern School, Wing-2 enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day with the theme "Yoga for Self and Society." The event, held during school hours, aimed to promote the holistic benefits of yoga in personal health and fostering a harmonious society. Students showcased their talents through various activities, including writing slogans, delivering speeches on the benefits and history of yoga, and created drawings and posters depicting different yoga poses. Under the guidance of instructors, they also performed various asanas (posture) and pranayama (breathing exercises) in the assembly.
The School Management, Principal and Headmistress wished the students good health and emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for overall well-being. The celebration highlighted yoga as a journey of self-discovery and a tool for societal harmony.
