The School has an extensive play-ground and provides ample opportunities as we are not selective but firmly believe in mass participation. Physical education is an integral part of the school curriculum. Various games and sports are conducted under the guidance of experienced physical education teachers. The main aim being not only the physical but also the mental health of the students as a “sound mind in a sound body” is a truism for all times. Cricket, Foot-Ball, Volley-Ball, Throw-Ball, Hand-Ball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Kho-Kho, Basket Ball, Lawn Tennis, Gymnastics and Swimming are some major games.
Swimming is the best exercise hence it is compulsory for all. Well experienced swimming coaches make swimming an enjoyable and important sport. The construction of a new Multi purpose auditorium had added new dimensions to all kinds of indoor sports and stage performance, withstanding the vagaries of the weather.
