सभी भाषाओंमेंसबसेमुख्य, मधुर और दि व्य देवभाषा ‘संस्कृत’ है। उसमेंभी काव्य और काव्य मेंभी सबसेमधुर सुभाषि त वचन होतेहैं।
On August 27, 2024, S.D. Jain Modern School celebrated Sanskrit Diwas with a vibrant and diverse program. The event began with a Deep Prajwalan (lamp lighting ceremony), symbolising the removal of ignorance and the illumination of knowledge. This was followed by Saraswati Vandana, a traditional tribute to the goddess of learning, which set a reverent and educational tone for the day.
The celebration included a variety of performances, such as two Sanskrit nataks that highlighted the deep significance of Sanskrit throughout a person’s life. Other key highlights were Dev Vandana, a dynamic Shiv Tandav dance, and Sanskrit news was presented during the celebration, further showcasing the rich heritage and relevance of the language. The students' performances, delivered with enthusiasm, thoroughly captivated the audience.
To ensure inclusivity, nearly all Sanskrit content was translated into Hindi and, occasionally, English, making the event accessible to all attendees. Speeches by Saroj Sir, Head Master Kiran Kataria sir, and Principal Chetan Dalwala sir further enhanced the event. Guests Reshma Zulka Ma'am, Amita Ma'am, Head Coordinator Supriya Chopra ma'am and Sanskrit faculty from other wings also graced the event. Overall, the event was a memorable display of Sanskrit’s cultural importance and continued significance.
