The recent teacher training program at S.D.J. International School on 26th October, 2024 Saturday showcased our educators' commitment to excellence. It provided valuable insights into innovative teaching methodologies, classroom management and student engagement. Teachers actively participated, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Teaching must be student-centric, incorporating various methodologies that accommodate different understanding levels and encourage greater involvement.
We must move away from traditional teaching methods and embrace new approaches to engage students effectively. The energy educators bring into the classroom is vital for maintaining student attention.
A key takeaway from the session was the call to become an Aacharya for students, guiding them in their journey towards success.
Primary and pre-primary teachers attended the training, enhancing their skills and contributing to a more dynamic classroom experience. Overall, this training has strengthened our faculty’s foundation, aligning with our mission of continuous improvement in education.
