Little Chef Showcase : Culinary Creativity
Primary Wing
S. D. Jain Modern School Primary Wing organized an exciting Little Chef Cooking Without Fire Competition for the students of Grade 1 to 4. The event, held from 17 to 20 December, 2024, aimed to nurture creativity, innovation and culinary skills among the young participants.
Inspired by the theme “Cooking is about imbibing different cultures and putting them on a plate,” children enthusiastically prepared a variety of delicious dishes. The competition encouraged them to experiment with flavours, presentation and techniques.
The dates were strategically scheduled for each grade, with students bringing the required ingredients, utensils and a spirit of adventure. Judging criteria included creativity, taste and presentation.
<p style="text-align: left;"The event concluded with great success, as praised by the School Management, Principal, and Headmistress, who highlighted the students’ growing confidence and celebrated their culinary creativity.
