S.D. Jain Modern School celebrated the 78th Independence Day with great fervour. The event began with the flag hoisting ceremony, accompanied by the school band. A traditional lamp lighting followed, marking the formal start of the celebrations. Dignitaries were warmly welcomed before a melodious group song set the tone for the day.
The Principal delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the significance of the occasion. Students showcased their talents through various performances, including a solo song, an energetic dance with instruments, and a powerful recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa. Speeches in both English and Hindi demonstrated the students' oratory skills. The celebration also featured a semi-classical dance, skate dance, and a parody act, concluding with a prize distribution ceremony.
The event ended on a patriotic note with the National Song, instilling a sense of pride and unity. The School Management, Principal, and Headmistress commended the participants and extended Independence Day greetings to all.
