- It is mandatory for students to bring school diary everyday and use it productively. Children should carry the books according to the timetable only. Complete your assignment and project on time.
- Students who commute by their own transport should reach the school five minutes before the bell rings i.e. by 7:25 am.
- Students are not allowed to visit the swimming pool area without the instructor or mentor.
- School uniform is a standard set of clothes prescribed by the school which is to be worn by the students at all times while they are in the school campus and they must respect it. Student shall be allowed to enter the school campus only in proper school uniform. Without proper school uniform the student shall not be allowed to enter the school premises.
- Being an English medium school, students are required to speak only in English in the school premises.
- Non sikh boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals.
- Students are advised to make use of the dust-bins provided, for throwing litters etc. They are expected to keep the campus neat and clean.
- No shouting or whistling is allowed in or around the school building. Running in corridor is strictly prohibited.
- In case of serious wilful damage caused to the property of the school by a student, the parent/guardian of the student would be liable for costs for damage to the school property. In such incidents the management decision will be final and binding.
- Safety of our students is our prime concern. The school authority, staff, coaches/escorts do take extreme care for security & wellbeing of students during school/ functions/tours/sports/transportation etc. In case of any untoward unavoidable incident beyond the limitations of staff/escorts/school authorities, the staff/escorts/school authorities shall not be hold responsible.
- Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. Any loss of article or money should be reported to the class or the subject teacher immediately. The school shall not be responsible for these losses.
- Parents or guardians are not permitted to visit the class rooms or meet their wards or take away their wards during school hours without the written permission of the Headmistress. Leave note should be submitted in case of absence.
- A school is judged by the conduct of its students hence the students are always expected to set standards of good conduct, politeness and follow the queue system for any outdoor or indoor activity in the school, in the bus and at public place. They should always behave in a courteous manner and prove themselves as worthy ambassadors of the institution as well as of their country.
- If a student t remains absent for 7 days without any intimation, the student's name will be automatically struck off from the school rolls without any notice, in such incident parent have to apply for fresh admission.
- Books which are questionable including novels, friendship cards, mobiles & watches, should not be brought to the school.
- Students should reach their stipulated bus stop 5 minutes early and wait for the bus. The bus will not wait under any circumstances if the child arrives late at the concerned stop, as it will cause a lot of inconvenience in maintaining punctuality.
- Any changes in monthly schedule will be intimated to the students well in advance.

Any combination will be offered if there are minimum 10 students.
Caution money, if any, will be refunded at the time of withdrawal from the school on the production of receipt along with an application on the prescribed proforma, provided the dues of the school have been paid or settled. Refund of caution money will have to be claimed within a year of the date of withdrawal of the child from the school.
- Every student is expected to maintain an attendance record of at least 90% during an academic year. Failing this, he / she may not be allowed to take the final exams.
- For any absence, a proper leave application must be written by the parent to the Principal, supported by a medical certificate in case of sick leave.
- In the school, if a student misses any class or leaves the school before closing without permission, he/she will be marked absent for the whole day. Stern action wilt be taken against such truants.
- A student’s name will be struck off from the rolls if the student is absent from the school for 7 days continuously without taking valid leave.
Parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school authorities:
- Parents are requested to ensure that your ward attends school every day in perfect uniform and is regular in daily lessons. Parents should also assist their wards to organize the books and notebooks according to the time table.
- Parents have to check their ward's school diary and report card regularly and also pay attention to the teacher's remarks. All correspondence should be addressed to the Principal by the Parents/ Guardians.
- Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, misconduct or bad moral influence may cause the expulsion of the student from the school.
- Whenever the parents come to school to drop their ward or to meet the teachers, they are requested to be courteous with the teachers. Please inspire your ward to give due respect to their teachers and elders.
- Parents are requested to carry the parent's ID Card while visiting the school or any function organized by the school. They may be denied 1 entry for want of the same.
- Boys are not allowed to wear earrings. Girls are allowed to wear only one small pair of studs in the ear lobes and also they are not allowed to come to school with nail polish, mehandi, tattoos and hair dyes under any circumstances.
- Parents are requested to inform the school office about any change of residential address and phone number.
- Parent are not allowed to enter the school bus and scold the drivers, conductors and staff members by using unpalatable and impolite words under any circumstances. In case of grievances, parents are expected to meet the school authorities
- Parents are prohibited from going to the bus parking to pick up their ward. In case of necessity, the school office has to be intimated and gate pass needs to be issued.
- Parents are requested not to send unknown persons to the school to pick up their ward from the school.
- Parents must refrain from sending students affected by contagious diseases even during examinations, as it can affect other students. If the student has recently suffered from such illness then send him/her to school if subsequent to the doctor's confirmation.
